The Challenge
The main requirement was to create packaging that provided the premium appearance and rigidity of traditional rigid boxes while keeping transportation and logistics costs under control.

The Packaging Solution

The foldable construction allowed the packaging to retain the premium appearance and structural quality expected from rigid cardboard packaging while significantly reducing its volume when prepared for transportation.
This helped optimize both the shipping volume and overall logistics costs.
The exterior featured custom embossing for a premium tactile finish.
Inside the packaging, we produced a custom paper insert designed to securely hold the wine bottle. The insert also featured custom design and finishing to match the overall packaging concept.

Sample Development
Before starting the full production run, DST-Pack produced a physical sample of the packaging.
The sample was sent to the client for approval, allowing them to evaluate the structure, materials, finishing, and overall appearance before production.
The client approved the sample, and we proceeded with the full order of 2,000 units.
Production & Delivery
After sample approval, DST-Pack moved the project into full production.
The final packaging was manufactured with the foldable rigid cardboard structure, custom embossing, and a specially designed internal paper insert.
The completed order was then delivered to the client in the United States.
