Project Overview

In June 2025, a Polish cosmetics manufacturer contacted DST-Pack to develop a custom Advent calendar as a corporate gift for its customers.

The client needed a premium packaging solution for 12 individual cosmetic products, with a design that reflected the brand and provided a high-quality gifting experience.

After discussing the requirements and budget, we developed a 12-compartment folding Advent calendar with individual product boxes.

The final order consisted of 800 units.

The Challenge

The client needed custom packaging that could:

• Hold 12 individual cosmetic products
• Present the products as a premium corporate gift
• Match the company’s branding
• Provide secure packaging for each product
• Stay within the planned budget

The Packaging Solution

DST-Pack produced the Advent calendar using 400 GSM paperboard for the main structure and 400 GSM paperboard for the individual boxes inside.

The calendar featured a folding construction with two side doors and magnetic closure. Each of the 12 cosmetic products was placed in its own individual box.

For the exterior, the packaging was finished with custom printing, gold foil, and matte lamination, creating a premium appearance suitable for corporate gifting.

Design & Production

To keep the project moving efficiently, DST-Pack prepared the custom dieline for the Advent calendar, while the client provided the artwork.

After the artwork was finalized, we proceeded with production of the calendars and the 12 individual internal boxes.

The complete order of 800 units was manufactured and shipped to Poland by air freight.

The Result

The finished custom Advent calendars were used by the cosmetics manufacturer as corporate gifts for its customers.

The project was successfully completed, and the client confirmed that the cooperation with DST-Pack was successful.

The final packaging combined premium materials, gold foil finishing, magnetic closure, and individual product boxes to create a distinctive branded gifting experience.
